Vacancy: Sales & Communications Specialist

At GWS Printing Systems, we operate globally in a unique market. From our location in Nieuwkuijk, we supply used offset web printing presses, parts, and auxiliary equipment for newspapers, books, and magazines. For our GWS Parts department, we are looking for a Sales & Communications Specialist who can effortlessly combine commercial activities with communication tasks.
Your role
As a Sales & Communications Specialist, you are the link between our international customers, internal processes, and our external visibility. You ensure that commercial processes run smoothly and that our communication is professional and engaging.
Sales
- Maintain contact with our international network of customers and partners
- Prepare and actively follow up on quotations
- Process orders and monitor the entire process from request to delivery
- Manage customer and order data in the CRM system
Communications
- Develop and send out mailings
- Write and publish content such as project stories, updates, and interviews
- Manage and optimize our social media channels
- This is a dynamic role where you will make both commercial and creative impact
What do you offer?
- MBO/HBO level of education and thinking, with a commercial mindset
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Experience with digital platforms and content creation
- You work accurately, independently, and think in solutions
- Excellent command of English
- Additional languages such as German, Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic are a plus
- Affinity with technology or the graphic industry is an advantage
